Gear Ratios, Simple Machines, and Circuits - Eudax Motor Chassis
The first unit of the year consisted of learning the basics of simple machines and gear ratios, as well as touching upon the fundamental ideas of resistors and conduits in simple circuits. To illustrate these concepts, students utilized Eudax motor components, and were tasked with creating their very own drivable chassis.

Unit Picture & Slideshow Highlights:
Students learned the six major Simple Machines in this course, as well as the idea of Mechanical Advantage and its relation to gear ratios. There were also plenty of practice questions!
